이용약관 및 최종사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)
Tackt(이하 "소프트웨어")를 다운로드·설치·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
1. 라이선스 부여
- 평생 이용권: 동시에 최대 3대 기기 활성화. 기기 비활성화로 슬롯 이동 가능.
- 구독: 구독이 유효한 기간 동안 이용.
- 무료 체험: 카드 없이 7일. 일부 기능은 무료 등급으로 제한.
2. 금지 행위
라이선스 키 재판매·재배포·공유; (법이 금지하는 범위 제외) 역설계; 라이선스·활성화·기능제한 우회; 위법 사용을 할 수 없습니다.
3. 결제·세금·환불
판매는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매대행사(MoR)로서 수행하며, 청구·세금·인보이스·결제를 자체 약관에 따라 담당합니다. 환불은 LS 정책 및 귀하의 강행적 소비자 권리에 따릅니다. 당사 환불 가이드라인: 결제 후 14일 이내.
4. 업데이트
업데이트는 본 약관의 적용을 받으며, 일부는 유효한 라이선스를 요구할 수 있습니다.
5. 소유권 · 개인정보
소프트웨어는 라이선스 제공되며 모든 IP는 트레이니에 귀속됩니다. 이용에는 개인정보처리방침도 적용됩니다.
6. 보증 부인 · 책임 제한
소프트웨어는 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 당사 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월간 지불액을 초과하지 않습니다. 강행적 법정 책임은 영향받지 않습니다.
7. 해지 · 준거법
약관 위반 시 라이선스는 자동 해지됩니다. 본 약관은 대한민국의 법률에 따르며, 거주국의 강행적 소비자 보호는 영향받지 않습니다.

Terms of Service & EULA
By downloading, installing, or using Tackt (the "Software"), you agree to these terms.
1. License grant
- Lifetime: activate on up to 3 devices at a time; deactivate to move an activation.
- Subscription: valid while active.
- Free trial: 7 days, no card; some features are limited to the free tier.
2. Restrictions
No reselling/redistributing/sharing license keys; no reverse engineering (except where this restriction is prohibited by law); no circumventing licensing/activation/feature gating; no unlawful use.
3. Purchases, taxes, refunds
Sales are made by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes, invoices, and payment under its own terms. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's policy and your statutory consumer rights. Our guideline: 14 days after purchase.
4. Updates
Updates are covered by these terms; some may require an active/valid license.
5. Ownership & privacy
The Software is licensed, not sold; all IP remains with 트레이니 (trainee). Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Warranty disclaimer & liability
The Software is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory statutory liability is unaffected.
7. Termination & governing law
This license terminates on breach. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; mandatory consumer protections of your country remain unaffected.
