Lemon Squeezy(결제·라이선스), Cloudflare(웹사이트 호스팅), Google(웹사이트 방문 분석 — Google Analytics/Tag Manager), Resend(다운로드 링크 이메일 발송).
70-6 · [email protected]
Privacy Policy
Tackt is a local-first focus timer. Our guiding principle is that your activity data stays on your device.
1. Summary
- Your usage data never leaves your device. It is stored locally and never transmitted.
- We transmit only a license key and a random device identifier to our payment/licensing provider to activate and validate your license.
- Anonymous install milestones (first launch, onboarding finished, first target registered, first record) are sent once per install with the app version, OS, install channel and OS language. No identifier and no usage data; turn them off with “Send anonymous usage stats” in Settings.
- Crash reporting is OFF by default and only sends anonymous diagnostics if you turn it on.
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; we never see or store card details.
2. Data processed in the app
| Data | Where | Transmitted? |
|---|---|---|
| Usage records (app/process name, site host, focus seconds) | Local database on device | No |
| Titles of tabs you register as tracking targets — the title at the moment you register becomes that target's label | Local database on device | No |
| Browsing history, titles of tabs you did not register, full URLs (path and query) | Not stored at all | No |
| License key + random device hash (not a hardware ID) | Sent to Lemon Squeezy on activation | Provider only |
| Anonymous install milestones — milestone name, app version, OS, install channel (Store/direct), OS language. No install ID, app names, times or usage records | Only a sent/not-sent flag on the device | Yes — via tackt.org to Google Analytics (your IP is not passed on; country code only). Can be turned off |
| Crash diagnostics (minidump) | Local crashDumps; uploaded only if opted in | Only with consent |
The app builds no behavioral profiles and collects no analytics or telemetry beyond the anonymous install milestones above.
3. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We receive limited order info (email, order/license details) to deliver the license and support; we do not receive full payment-card data.
4. Third parties / processors
Lemon Squeezy (payment/licensing), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (website visit analytics — Google Analytics/Tag Manager), Resend (sending the download-link email).
The website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics; this sets cookies and may send limited data such as your IP to Google (including transfer to the US). For EU and German-language visitors, analytics runs only after prior opt-in via a consent banner (blocked beforehand by Google Consent Mode). Your language choice is kept only in browser local storage and never sent to a server. The desktop app sends only the anonymous install milestones above, via tackt.org to Google Analytics; your IP address is not passed on to Google.
Download-link email: an address you type on the mobile site is used solely to send you one email containing our download links. Delivery is handled by our processor Resend; we do not store the address and never use it for marketing. Entering it is entirely optional, and the message body is fixed to our own download links.
5. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of a contract (licensing), consent (crash reporting/website analytics), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service through identifier-free install statistics).
6. Retention
Local data: until you delete it. Order/license records: 5 years. Crash diagnostics: 90 days. Email address used to send a download link: not stored (discarded right after sending).
7. Your rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object; withdraw consent. EEA users may complain to a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected].
